Yesterday was Gwen Stafani's birthday and her boyfriend, Blake Shelton, who's Twitter profile picture is actually of Gwen from her new Christmas album, had to share his wishes on social media. He said "Why don't you go ahead and NEVER break my heart!!!!" in reference to the song they wrote and recorded together 'Go Ahead and Break My Heart'! See them perform that together below!
