I honestly feel terrible every time I run late, but somehow it keeps happening. According to science though, it means you're more likely to live longer and be more successful!! You may feel bad about it after the fact if you're like me, but running late generally means you're less stressed and not worried about deadlines which in turn results in better health. The research also finds that those who tend to run late are also more optimistic which leads them to being late. They think they can accomplish more in a shorter time than they really can. Although it may have the unfortunate side effect of tardiness, optimism is another sign of good health and can influence productivity leading to success!!
