Well this makes me feel better about not having all of my gifts purchased because it really is the thought that counts! Groupon did research and found that people forget the majority of gifts they receive, with about 53 percent saying they have completely forgotten what they got last year. I've been wracking my brain to try to remember what I got last year and can remember both Valentine's day gifts and birthday gifts, but the only Christmas gift I can remember receiving are from multiple years ago, but not last!!
