A woman trying to win a photo contest ended up in the hospital after putting a wild animal on her face.
Jamie Bisceglia was in Tacoma, Washington when some fishermen pulled up a small octopus. She thought posing with the octopus would win her the photo contest, but the octopus stuck to her face and bit her on the chin.
According to Kiro7, The octopus was potentially a Pacific red octopus that uses venom to immobilize its prey. Jamie's face was hurt and swollen after for days and the swelling could take months to completely go away.
"This was not a good idea," said Bisceglia. "I will never do it again."
