Although a lot of people will probably miss their funny and/or heartwarming commercials, I understand and respect their reasoning! They announced this week that they will be forgoing their usual commercial slot and instead allocate marketing funds toward COVID-19 vaccine awareness and accessibility, along with the Ad Council and COVID Collaborative.
This isn't the first time Anheuser-Busch is getting involved in efforts to help people, they've been known to cease production of beer and send canned drinking water to areas affected by natural disasters. So while I always look forward to seeing a Clydesdale and a puppy become friends, or laugh at a ridiculous knight saying "dilly, dilly," I like that Budweiser is trying to help!
