Basically, fitness expert Stephanie Mansour developed the 50% rule as a way to not set yourself up for failure. The idea is to start with a goal that you'd like to acheive that may not be very doable, then split that in half. So instead of setting the goal of exercising 30 minutes every day during the holiday season, make the goal 15 minutes. That way you're more likely to be able to acheive it, and not beat yourself up and give up when you don't. Whether you use this idea to help keep off holiday weight gain, or just implement it into your life as a way to stay on track, could be worth a try! Click the link in the tweet below to read more!
