Nightfood is a new brand that makes ice cream designed to help you get a better night's sleep! Apparently the ice cream contains ingredients like glycine, which is an amino acid, magnesium, digestive enzymes, protein, and fiber, and is low in sugar. It does not contain melatonin or other ingredients you may expect to find since they're common in other sleep aids! The company makes eight flavors like Cookies and Dream, After Dinner Mint Chip, and Full Moon Vanilla.
