Turns Out Multitasking is Not as Beneficial As You Think

A new study out of Stanford University shows that multitasking is not as productive as doing one thing at a time. In fact, the more electronic stimulus you have bombarding you the more you have trouble focusing, recalling information, and even switching from one job to another. Even worse, it could actually lower your IQ! That was found by a study from the University of London. People who participated in multitasking during cognitive tests got declining IQ scores.
