Her first dance was a Cha Cha to Shania Twain's "Man! I Feel Like a Woman!" with her partner Gleb, who I think is one of the more successful professional dancers so could mean good things for Lauren Alaina! To me it did look like she was nervous in the beginning but gained confidence as she went. You'd think someone who is so used to performing and being on stage wouldn't get nervous, but as everyone who's been on the show says, the technicalities of dancing is a whole different thing than any other performance most of the contestants have done.
