Uber Decreases DUIs but Increases Binge Drinking

According to the research conducted by the University of Louisville and Georgia State University, Uber definitely does decrease the number of people who drive under the influence. However, when Uber comes to a new city there is actually a rice in binge and heavy drinking, since people know they can easily call a ride.
