Vegans May Experience Worse Hangovers!

If you're drinking more than normal around the holidays, or already feel like your hangovers are getting worse as you get older, bad news if you're also a vegan or vegetarian... Researchers in the Netherlands found that people whose diets were low in vitamin B3 and Zinc, both of which are often found in meat and seafood, they are susceptible to worse hangover symptoms. The story suggests stocking up on supplements if you follow one of these diets, but not being a vegan myself, I'm not sure if those supplements fit the requirements to be vegan so definitely do your research, but also check out the video below or click here!
