A new survey found that 88% of people find this time of year to be the most stressful. 77% said they find it hard to relax during the holidays so that leads to stress and exhaustion. When the survey broke down exactly why the holidays are stressful, the biggest answer was the financial strain. 56% of respondents listed finances as the number one cause for stress, while 48% said it was finding gifts for everyone, followed by 35% of people saying family gatherings stressed them out, and 29% were stressed by the decorating aspect of this time of year!
