Their experts say making your resolutions and goals for the New Year more specific and measurable is the way to stick with it. For example, instead of saying you want to "eat healthier" as the most popular resolution is, make the plan to eat a vegetable with every meal, or to only eat below X amount of grams of sugar every day, something that you can tangibly measure instead of a vague overall statement.
