I am a huge fan of any excuse to eat an assortment of cheeses and crackers, but now, instead of savory snacks being beautifully arranged on decorative serving boards, the next big thing will be pancakes! Think small flapjacks stacked along with toppings of syrup, chocolate chips, whipped creams, fruit, and some other breakfast staples like bacon or sausage.
