Forbes and the market research firm Statista surveyed 75,000 Americans, which included 45,000 women, who all worked for businesses with over a thousand employees to determine the best employers for women. They looked at data to rank aspects of work like culture, opportunities for career development, salary, diversity, and working conditions. They also did the survey right as Covid19 began to spread across our country during March and April of 2020, which will be interesting to compare to next year or even past years.
