With other 80s/90s items like scrunchies, fanny packs, and biker shorts also making fashionable come backs, it really doesn't surprise me that the "banana clip" seems to be next. If you didn't pay attention to hair trends back in the day, banana clips are pretty much just longer than normal hair clips that can grab all of your hair and make a larger than normal looking pony tail, or even give a mohawk or other type of updo feel. I was pretty little when they were in the first time, although I remember my mom using plenty of trendy items at the time in my hair, but I'm not gonna lie, these new examples look a lot more chic and cool than I would have expected.
