Not only are these cakes decorated so beautifully, and realistically, this baker is self taught! She actually shows some of her early creations to give an idea of how much she has progressed over the years. I love the cake that ends up looking like a bowl of ramen with the chopsticks even "floating" above the bowl! The geode cakes are gorgeous also, and she really makes me feel like I could eventually learn to decorate cakes too! I won't, but she makes me feel like I could.
