Chances are you've heard the "never go to bed angry" advice in relation to couples not letting a fight fester over night, but it turns out that advice may be better than we all realized. Oregon State University conducted a study that found you shouldn't really "sleep on it" if you've had a conflict with someone. Whether it is a spat with your significant other or even a disagreement with a co-worker or friend it's better to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
