It's that time of year again...New Year's Resolutions!! Have you made one? There are so many different directions that resolutions could go, financial oriented, organizational or or productivity goals, but I think we all know the most popular type is health and fitness based, specifically weight loss. Some of other top diets I hadn't heard of before, but other popular diets do make an appearance.
