How to Make Resolutions That Stick

It seems like over the last few years setting New Year's Resolutions has been falling out of trend, but if you still want to use this time to refresh and reset here is a way to frame your goals to make them stick. Instead of saying you want to accomplish something huge and vague, set "SMART" Goals. This stands for Specific, Measurable, Acheivable, Relevant, and Time Bound. For example: instead of saying "I want to exercise more", set the goal of doing a 30 minute work out three times a week. Then don't be afraid to revisit your goals as your time frame passes. So each week reasess and decide what is attainable for you now. If you want to learn more about the philosphy behind SMART Goals click HERE.

Happy New Year and good luck!!!
